Crosswinds are a wind contrary to your current course of direction or travel. Is the Lord dealing with you in a way contrary to your current course of direction? Is Jesus calling you to have a personal intimacy with Himself? Allow Him to drive His question home to you -- "Do you believe this?" |

Jesus said to her [Martha, whose brother has been dead in a tomb for four days], "Your brother will rise again."
Martha answered, "I know he will rise again in the resurrection at the last day."

A crosswind tends to blow you off course, but Love, in the name of Jesus, saves. A crosswind tends to blow you off course, but Jesus, is the Rock. Let Him be your foundation. Storms may leave muddy soil, God, in the name of Jesus, orders your steps. We walk by faith not by sight. Seasons will never end, seed time and harvest time as long as there is a sun. Storms will come ... and go ... and come, and go ... For the winds come, but for a moment, to pass over. Let God, who is love, clothe your soul, appropriately for the season. The LORD Jesus Christ gives eternal life freely to all those who pray to Him. The LORD adopts you by your faith alone. Jesus Christ is the Author and Finisher of our faith. He is the beginning and the end; The Alpha and the Omega. -- Eternally. He alone is worthy to open the lamb's book of life and read the names. Will your name be there? Eternal life allows you to "Be" during the storm. As God is the good and awesome "I am" His Son allows others to "Be". Believers, in Him can go through the fire ... and not get burned. Believers in Him can go through the water ... and not be overcome.

And when he was entered into a ship, his disciples followed him.
And, behold, there arose a great tempest in the sea, insomuch that the ship was covered with the waves: but he was asleep.
And his disciples came to him, and awoke him, saying, Lord, save us: we perish.
And he saith unto them, Why are ye fearful, O ye of little faith? Then he arose, and rebuked the winds and the sea; and there was a great calm.
But the men marvelled, saying, What manner of man is this, that even the winds and the sea obey him!
